Receives service departments callers at the dealership, determines the nature of their business, and schedules an appropriate service appointment.
Essential Duties Greets customers Answers all inbound service department calls.
Directs caller to appropriate department or individual or takes a message if not for service Handles inbound text and email inquiries from service customers Responds to online reviews Communicates with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly and efficient manner.
Demonstrates an unwavering 'customer-focused' demeanor and strong desire to take care of our customers Handles customer complaints with a We'll Make it Right attitude Types memos, correspondence, reports and other documents.
Assists service customers during the morning and evening service rush whenever possible.
Assists with clerical duties as requested.
Assists with light cashiering duties Manages small rental fleet Maintains a professional appearance.
Makes outbound prospecting calls related to declined service opportunities, recall notices, and appointment reminders Make CSI follow-up calls.
Contacts all no-shows to reschedule missed appointments.
Advises customers on special-order parts status, appointment reminders, and recall campaigns.
Other tasks as assigned.
