Immediate need for a CAD Drafter/Designer with fiber routing experience for a world leading communications company. Candidate must come from the telecommunications / cable industry and have previous experience using Bentley design software. This position is anywhere from a 6-12 month assignment with potential to transition to direct. This company offers a great opportunity in a very convenient location of Southern New Hampshire!
Responsibilities for the Drafter
Retrieve data from topography map database and link coax cable for different geographical areas
Take direction from group leader and perform tasks as instructed
Design and modify existing layouts of coax and fiber routing
Create and modify detailed drawings using Bentley CAD software from sketches and layouts provided by engineering
Requirements for the Drafter
Must have direct Cable industry experience as well as Bentley CAD software, Bentley COAX , etc
Must have experience and solid understanding of RF Signals
Experience with Windows operating environment
Familiarity with Microsoft Office products such as Excel
Excellent organizational skills with superior attention to detail
Professional attitude and work well within a small team environment
