Cobham is seeking a Production Planning & Inventory Control Manager to join the team in Exeter, NH. In this role you will be responsible to develop processes and team and drive accountability to ensure the right part is in the right place at the right time through all roles to meet customer needs.

Microwave Components, Exeter manufactures custom microwave components, integrated high performance assemblies and antennas for radar, electronic warfare and communications systems supporting the Aerospace and Defense Industries.
Develop strategic objectives that focus on areas of quality, cost, flexibility, productivity, and speed
Establish a process to align day-to-day decisions to the strategic plan
Ensure proper staffing, development and establish of standard work and attainment of KPI's (leading and lagging)
Continuous improvement of Materials processes
Develop inventory and plant asset management strategy supportive of company investment and capital management plans
Understand methods of converting and communicating demand requirements for products and services into detailed plans and schedules for inventory acquisition. Lead transition of Engineering BOM to MBOM in ERP for production and material planning. Lead Master Scheduling, owner of supply plan
Calculate key inventory performance metrics such as turnover ratios, cost-benefit trade-offs, days of inventory on hand, labor productivity, and inventory valuation
Lead/Demonstrate detailed knowledge of manufacturing planning, master production scheduling, product definition, inventory control, materials requirements planning, capacity requirements planning, shop floor control, warehousing, transportation, and purchasing business functions
Understand standard enterprise resources planning and supply chain management system technologies. Functional Owner for all planning scheduling and part master data
Understand management methods and techniques involved in lean and Just-in-Time management
Active participation with Engineering leadership on new product introductions (Supply base impacts)
Develop materials storage and delivery processes supportive of manufacturing operations
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor''s Degree in a business related field or equivalent and 10 plus years of experience working as a buyer within a technology company
Experience developing & transforming production planning and control organization
Possess basic knowledge of supply chain activities, including transformation of natural resources, raw materials, and components into a finished product that is delivered to the end customer. (Operations leadership experience preferred)
Able to obtain and Maintain Secret Security Clearance
US Citizen

Possess excellent analytical, conceptual, communication and interpersonal skills, in addition to the ability to think creatively
Recognize the ways that supply chains link value chains
Able to work to financial and time sensitive constraints

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
