Summary: Perform all duties in the HCI and/or HPS departments related to inspection of product per product specifications, packaging of product as prescribed, monitoring of automated vision inspection equipment, maintenance of records of shipped product, instruction of inexperienced personnel as assigned. Fully trained to perform the duties of the PCA Production Associate.
Qualifications OTHER BASIC REQUIREMENTS/PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS: Perform other related duties such as obtain and/or return materials and supplies, maintain tracking, production, quality, SPC and other required records, aside shrinkage, use data terminal to input and retrieve data, etc. Notify designated personnel of any irregularities in materials, process, equipment or environmental or safety infractions. Perform each phase of the operation in compliance with all company, state, and/or federal safety and environmental regulations as directed by management. Perform and assume responsibility for his/her work and service to assure it meets the internal and external customer requirements and expectations. Maintain orderliness and cleanliness of assigned area(s) and observe company policies at all times.
