Leddy Group is collecting resumes for a client in Exeter, NH. This position is a Part-Time Administrative Assistant for an office staff and events team. Some of the primary duties include:
Assisting staff with the preparation, and promotion of events as assigned.
Fulfill website orders according to procedures.
Process outgoing mail, run postage machine updates, manage postage in machine.
Manage website calendar and requests for events using WORDPRESS.
Manage calendar for Conference Room usage using GOOGLE CALENDAR.
Manage all requests for member e-blasts; create outgoing documents using CONSTANT CONTACT, schedule accordingly, request invoice.
Fulfill requests for information including: travel packages, visitor packages and school requests.
Answer phones, greet visitors and answer questions.
Assist the staff with event photos and P/R as it relates to networking events.
Assist the staff with social media; Twitter, Facebook.
Assist staff with the day-to-day operations of the office, filing of paperwork and other duties as assigned.
Knowledgeable in Word, Excel, Access, and Publisher required. Knowledgeable in Constant Contact and WordPress is a PLUS.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
