Credit Representative

Want to join our team as a Credit Representative?
The Credit Representative will be responsible for the management and collection of assigned customer accounts. You will contact customers to address outstanding accounts receivable and effectively secure prompt payment from customers while employing business acumen and good judgement. The Credit Representative will coordinate with internal departments (Sales and Customer Service) to resolve billing disputes that may affect the ability to collect receivables. You will provide weekly forecast and analysis of results and monitor and communicate credit concerns to management. The successful candidate will proactively provide financial guidance for review of order backlog to control credit exposure. The Credit Representative will review and make recommendations regarding bad debt or write-offs and will ensure procedures and internal controls are followed in compliance with corporate initiatives.
Qualifications:
Associate's Degree with a minimum of 3-5 years of collection experience in a related environment or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience in B2B collections is preferred.
SAP experience preferred.
Effective organizational and prioritization skills.
Must be results driven and detail oriented.
Demonstrated customer service skills and a commitment to quality excellence.
